Directions

Adults must take 1-2., 1-2 times a day for sleep disorders / sleep - take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime (or 2 times in the evening: 1 tablet 2-3 hours before bedtime, and 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime) Preventive course - 1 month. The course may be repeated 2 - 3 times a year, or as needed.
